Initial Nutrition Consultation Package
Initial Consultation Package -Two consultations (each lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour) plus a personalised written Action Plan and Information Pack) - £135
This initial consultation package is taken in two sessions, both lasting between 45 minutes to an hour, taken a week apart.
In the first session, in a discreet, relaxed environment, you will discuss your concerns and interests, and we will discuss your health and symptoms in detail and look at one or two simple things that you can try straight away. The second session will take place about a week later. It will include detailed and practical dietary advice, and you will be given a personalised written pack of information to support your health concerns, based on both your health questionnaire and our discussion during the consultation.
The pack of information will include underlying principles, menu plans, fact sheets, recipes etc. as appropriate.This consultation may also include optional advice on nutritional supplements if appropriate, and / or further testing may be suggested.
*Please ask if you would like to come with another person who shares your concerns and who you cook with; a double consultation is usually charged slightly more at £180. This might be your partner or your flat mate or a friend. However this will depend on the nature of the issues you would like to discuss and if there are differing needs e.g. due to health concerns, it may be more practical to see you separately.
Follow up consultations (approx 45 mins) -£49.50 or a pack of four sessions for £178 (saving 10%)
A follow up consultation is usually recommended after about 4 - 6 weeks. This enables you to put some changes in place and allows you to discuss progress, tweak your action plan, and / or begin to develop your health plan and address any other issues. It is recommended that you keep a food and symptom diary for a few days before the appointment.
A one off Initial Package may end up being just that - a one off. For more complex health concerns, it is recommended that you have more than one follow up consultation, although this is entirely optional; how many sessions and at what time intervals will depend on your own personal situation and will be discussed at your Initial Consultations.
Some clients simply prefer to keep up their motivation and keep healthy by coming at regular (or irregular!) intervals to see me to discuss their nutrition and health. Discuss how your Action Plan has been going, and adapt it if necessary; check your progress, and move on to the next stage, or discuss any new health concerns.

Check-in sessions (4 x 20 - 30 minute sessions) - £90
Following requests from clients, I have now introduced this 'check in' package for people who are making changes to their diets for health reasons as well as for those who are losing weight. This package consists of 4 face to face sessions, or 4 phone, Skype or FaceTime calls, usually taken at weekly or fortnightly intervals, where we discuss how things have gone and go through any issues, questions or difficulties that may have arisen, as well as planning how to handle any upcoming challenges. Clients tell me that it helps keep them on track and keeps up their motivation to change.
Please note that these sessions are not a substitute for a full 'follow-up' session as they are brief; however they can be taken in between follow-up sessions to give you the best chance of success.
NB: Please note that the 'Check-in sessions' package must be used within 8 weeks of the first session unless a different timescale has been agreed at purchase.
